She is as cold as her element suggests, her gaze capable of freezing anyone in place with no more than a glance. Ateia is one of House Serpens' most highly-ranked dancers, as well as the guard of the dance theater they call their home. Together with Margeaux, she keeps the plebs out of the theater; if you can't pay, you don't get to go inside, simple as that.

Of course, there is the occasional idiot who thinks they can sneak by her and her partner... but they didn't make them the entry guards of the theater for no reason. As an aberration, she has double the eyes of her draconic brethren. Nobody is sneaking past her, and once she's seen you trying... well. You'll be wishing you hadn't tried in the first place, that's for sure.

That being said, she often sits so still that you may just mistake her for a statue, so it's no wonder that sometimes, people just don't know better... until, all of a sudden, one of her heads move, a wing held up in your way, and a deep, raspy voice asking you to pay the fee, claws held out for a pouch of treasure. You could be forgiven for not noticing her... but not for refusing to pay. Since Margeaux often doubles her guard duty with calling out advertisements for the theater, and therefor sometimes gets a little distracted, Ateia simply pays that much more attention, and she can't lie... she does enjoy catching people off-guard.

Despite often being a guard, Ateia does, again, remain one of the most highly-ranked dancers of House Serpens, right up there with Morgana, Lucia, and Lumina; as is becoming of a Serpens dancer, of course. She has an act together with Margeaux, and when Margeaux isn't around practices often with Deathknell, who has, over time, become her best friend. The fae doesn't mind her quiet, cold nature, and they often sit in companionable silence. Oh, she does love her partner, Margeaux; her fiery spirit is such a wonderful contrast to her own, steely one, but sometimes a bit of silence is preferred.

For solo acts, Ateia has no problem using her ice magic alongside her intricate dances, snowflakes and icy floorboards helping her glide along, light as a feather, elegant as a gentle river, ebbing and flowing.She captivates her audience with her moves, even if her face remains stony and steely as ever, no hint of what she's truly feeling.

Her preferred method of killing is freezing the blood inside the heart of her target, causing them to die on the spot, but leaving no evidence as the ice melts before anyone can notice. Alongside a tongue that is as sharp as her mind, she makes an excellent asset to House Serpens as a whole.
