Mistake not Tau’s soft and gentle voice for a dragon uncertain of their power or worth - the veilspun’s crimson blood once carried gold, and their innate understanding of the forces that bind one soul to another is not knowledge to be taken lightly. The way Tau moves as they speak sings in tune with the words laced with eternal patience, granting a facet of truth to the seemingly nonsensical ramblings. The ornate cloth that drapes their lanky frame tells of royal blood coursing through noble veins, but the clay and ash streaked over high cheekbones whisper of a fate befell upon them most unforgiving. For those who sit and listen, the bones they cast can warn of wounds needing to be healed, bringing to light underlying problems forced beneath the surface, and Tau is only more than happy to offer their voice as a light to guide those now lost. They often speak of the thread that ties all lives together, how it weaves together to form the fabric of the world, and how any tears to the binding threads must be healed - lest balance be lost and chaos reign. This is a certainty that Tau understands better than most; to ignore the wounds of family is to allow forces much darker to take hold of those most beloved.
