Zamji

No one really remembers when Zamji showed up, she just appeared from the shadows and hasn't really left. She rarely, if ever, speaks but the reason is unknown to most, instead she stares at the stars for hours, forgetting to sleep. When daytime rolls around and the stars are gone she spends hours meticulously cleaning every single gem that adorns her body until they sparkle just like the stars. While mysterious and sometimes a bit creepy, there are few who would call Zamji dangerous, except any who touch her precious necklace, which causes her to fly into a fit of rage, for she protects the necklace more than she protects herself.
(Just to explain a little more, Zamji watched her mate die right before her eyes and the last thing he gave her was the necklace, her prized and pretty much only possession.)

Quite a long time ago, Zamji got into a terrible fight with her mate. It was one of those ridiculous fights couples have every so often.
Because of this fight she just stormed out of the lair, leaving her mate and her yet unhatched eggs behind, to have some private time for herself, as most dragons do after a fight.
The thing she fought about with her mate was of such insignificance, she forgot what it was about within a couple of hours.
After some time she finally returned, calm and with a clear mind. But, when she entered the lair everything had changed. During her absence a beast clan had attacked the lair! Trying to protect the nest, Zamji's mate was deadly wounded.
With his last dying words he avowed his love for her one last time and gave her his most precious treasure. However, even with his sacrifice the nests couldn't be saved and every unborn dragon was killed. Since that day, Zamji was traumatized, blaming herself for leaving her mate and unborn children behind, and unable to accept another mate in her life.
