Akasha is the first dragon to have arrived at Amberglow Lair, when Sassafras began creating it as a home. Impressed with his large sense of self and expectation of being listened to, she decided to stay on and help protect him and the lair.

For a while, they were mates, but they separated after awhile, and she instead took up the role of Captain and Hunter for the clan. She is second-in-command, and is always ready for a fight, expecting other dragons or even beastclan to arrive and exclaim invasion or dominance.
