If you ask Luc he will say that he was hatched to be a bad guy. Born with to light of wing color to be apart of his beloved family's lineage. His bother, Tasfi, was able to join no problems but Luc was left out after working so hard gain enough levels. He just wanted to be apart of his family and accepted into the inner ranks like all those around him but no he was turned away and disregarded as less than because he didn't meet the color qualifications of his family. He did train and level with his brother and Jacye's daughter, Axius, but when the time came he wasn't welcomed into the family. So he turned his back on his family as well. He left the Crow's Rest without a word to anyone just disappearing into the night. He didn't hate his family but it was clear he wasn't exactly welcomed. He spent a good few years just wandering before returning to the Shadow Flight but he never did return to Wind's Grace or Crow's Rest. He ended up settling down on the edge of Shadow and Light flight far away from the floating islands of Wind's grace. Luc struggled in the new area he settled down in. There were a lot more monsters than were he grew up or even where he traveled. Luckily for Luc though he had training and he was confident in his abilities. Or so he was until he got overwhelmed.
