Filintisia (Flintie for short) was born here years ago, when breeding was still encouraged and the clan was prosperous. She was picked almost randomly out of her few siblings to be trained as a healer and eventually sold. However, quite a way into her training, the clan hit harder times and couldn't afford to waste resources teaching her more. Her mentoring was cut short and she was sent to the front lines, fighting for food and treasure along with her more experienced clanmates. Once the clan was more stable, she decided to put her healing skills to good use and work as a doctor.

She used to be quite vain, often spending hours preening over her scales and polishing her armour before going out in it. She enjoyed being the centre of attention, whether performing complex feats of healing, helping her team fight of invading Beastclans, or just showing off her naturally elegant looks. Her vanity faded somewhat after her friendship with Safyra, a skydancer who captivated everyone around her with her dazzling beauty (and a couple charms that enhanced her appeal). However, when a plague tore through the clan, she was faced with the choice of dropping those charms in favour of immunising spells. She refused, not knowing whether anyone would still love her without the charms that augmented her personality. Safyra died in the plague, scarring Flintie and making her completely reassess her views on appearance and value.

Her genuine care and expert healing skills make her a force to be reckoned with on the battle ground, and she still frequently accompanies the fighters to more dangerous areas.

TO ADD

Rebirth: on a trip to the golem workshop they were accidentally followed by one of Berrik and Camille's hatchlings. Flintie noticed just in time, and sacrificed herself to save the hatchling's life. As a reward from undetermined gods or spirits, she was granted a second chance at life, so that she could continue healing her teammates. In doing so, she shed her old armour along with the crystals that had previously decorated her skin, and became an ethereal creature of healing.

Before her death, she was a lighthearted dragon, with a bright imagination and a tendency to romanticise. She got along with most dragons (and was a bit of a flirt), and was mostly a harmless and comforting dragon. After death, she's acquired a certain uncanniness that makes the more easily spooked dragons stay away from her. She's still managed to maintain her good friends though.

HEADCANON
Filintisia busy work hours prevent her from finding a mate, but she's a secret romantic. In between battles, healing, and polishing her armor, she likes to read romance novels or secretly ship some of her clanmates. Sometimes she likes fantasizing what the whirlwind romance would be like for her, but then she remembers that she might not have the time or energy for a mate with her hectic life.
