Wandered into the clan on fateful day, promising them blessings and the answers to all their problems if he's allowed to stay. Over time, he has opened up to the clan by sharing his tragic backstory, one of which where he was a powerful force captured and drained before escaping.

He's very noisy and pushy, but has a charm that draws other near. Can be abrasive at times.

He wanders around Sornieth acting as a powerful healer and prophet from the Sunbeam Ruins.
In reality, he hails from the Windswept Plateau. When he failed his trials from the Twisting Crescendo, he fled before it could be discovered what happened. Every new group of dragons he comes across, he weaves a new tale to get their sympathies.

He now spends his time fleecing dragons and running off before they realise they've been had. Always changing his appearance, he's able to fool a dragon multiple times without being caught. Whatever money he makes off with, it's always spent away within a week, and then he's back tricking people.

Although he can solve your problems, you'll just end up with a bigger and new one afterwards.

His actual name is Wiggles, but he's embarrassed by it and constantly goes by an alias. Name change scrolls don't work on him.

(yes, he's a reference to that dragon Damian Wayne befriended in Nightwing #42) (and john constantine)
