susie is a hardworking, polite, and slightly egotistical ridgeback
she's known for being very obedient and responsible, and her skills in mechanics are almost unparalleled (though everyone in interface is good at tech stuff so ...)
when not working, she's described as having slightly "girly" tendencies, such as singing, clothes shopping, and doing her makeup

she really really likes ice cream, to the point where she went up to technos herself and requested that they construct an ice cream factory on the island
he refused her, but allowed her to build one herself, so she did (with the help of a few others, of course)

she has a secret talent of playing the piano, though she'd never admit it to anyone - she's supposed to be working , not playing around

susie claims to not be from sornieth, instead, from another dimension entirely- but who would believe that story? she seems to suffer from some sort of memory loss involving her arrival to interface, of which dustil actually is working to solve (along with nebula's amnesia.)

what she can't remember is that her father was max profitt haltmann, a successful businessman in charge of the haltmann works company.

one day, he discovered blueprints for an odd machine that had the ability to grant wishes. he became obsessed with the idea of building the machine, studying ancient technologies in hopes of building the device.

a failed test run of the machine resulted in susie being transported into a rift, warping her to somewhere max could not reach. despite believing that she was dead, he was determined to find her, to the point of excessive usage of the machines power. that power came with a cost, however- the gradual loss of his memories, to the point of forgetting that he was looking for her in the first place, instead starting to focus deeply on the idea of eternal prosperity for his company.

she was found by technos on the stormy beach, dazed and having forgotten a lot of her past. he decided to take her in and was awed by the fact that she seemed to know a lot of mechanics, considering she didn't seem to remember much else. over time, she became one of his best workers for her diligence and skill. she's making the best of a bad situation, and sometimes the effort is what counts... right?
