 Celeste was born in the Crystalspine Reaches to Eternal the Spiral and Kallisto the Imperial. Her father was a Plague mage and her mother was a hunter and a gatherer. When Celeste hatched it was obvious that the Arcane energies in the pink chalcedony of the peaks had seeped into her egg, and she showed a natural affinity for magic early on.

She stayed in the peaks and studied under her father's tutelage until she was old enough to go off on her own. From there, she came to the Starwood Strand, drawn by the natural beauty and mystery of the place. Here she made her home in Riptide's clan, and though she doesn't really make any close personal connections, she is pleasant to everyone. She spends most nights stargazing.
