Lore notes:

Best friend and one of the biggest supporters of moriae, born around the same time, slightly later. Doesn't get the same attention as moriae because she wasn't born from leaders and native plague dragons.
Better relationship with her parents than moriae, mainly because river isn't too stressed or overprotective, and darkness is overtly supportive of everything she wants to do. rill knows that darkness would support moriae if she asked, but river is another story due to his close relationship with dissection.
if darkness were to follow moriae and rill, river might follow as his whole life is darkness, and to some extent rill as well.
her two heads are both females and both in love with females. While she has an evil reign going and is at some level at least mildly menacing, she's also interested in agrius and admires her strength. Wether agrius is interested as well or not is yet to be known.
sees moriae as a sister, especially because of the family ties as dissection is her godfather, and river and darkness are godparents to moriae.
Named as a play on her father River, Rill means "a small trickle", normally from a river. It doesn't really fit her power or attitude, but she's found peace within the name.
