When they had first found him, broken and entirely devoid of... well, any sliver of life, they knew then that this was someone who no longer wished to reside within the living world... One perfect to enslave. His old identity can be erased and replaced with a fiercer, wrathful one—one whom only has ties to you and you alone. The perfect puppet.
