Apricot is obsessed with bugs. They like all types of bugs—those on land, those in the air, those under water, in any stage of life, of any temperament, size, and colour. Maybe they're born with it?

They have found that the Rising Sun welcomes them and their bug friends without judgement. (Though, a few token members of the clan raise some concerns about Apricot's habit of letting their favourite bugs sleep in their nest.)

They keep themselves on a strict carnivore diet, resolutely refusing to eat not even a single beloved bug.

They like to follow the clan's beekeeper around, for obvious reasons.

They share an ancestor with Platija, a member of a clan in the Southern Icefields. They enjoy writing to their relative, and making occasional pilgrimages to the Cloudscrape Crags to terrorize the local insect ecology there. They became even more esctatic to find that Blossom, a member of the Rising Sun, is also kin. It seems they treasure family almost as much as they do insects.
