biography.
The Von Croix family is the most powerful family in the Lilac Grove, and possibly one of the most powerful families in whole of Sornieth. While they are seemingly unconnected to the Lord, the three members of the family are rather involved with the dealings of the Lord's children. It is unknown how big the extended family is, though the official Von Croixes are Evangelina, the matriarch and her two children, the eldest Dottore and the younger daughter Monroe.

Dottore in particular is quite close to Shinya, and is likely the reason the family currently resides in Lilac Grove. The leader gave him a speakeasy in the centre of town which was aptly named the "Croix" after its founder, and quickly became a popular meeting spot in town. Dottore himself is quite the puzzling character, even easily described as contradictory. He carries himself with great pride and class and is as intelligent as he is pretentious. Whether his heart is in the right place or not is up for debate, with his moral character being as gray as they come. Despite this, he is generally a well-liked figure in town, or at least a well-respected one.
