Girlie did NOT want to exist
Legit, doesn't want to be a thing, but somehow is a thing
Takes after her dad, the man that hid in the wall
Does everything she can to be unseen, or at least just be easily forgettable
Nope, not a weird dragon, just a basic brown dragon who likes some funky dated clothes
Doesn't know she's figured out a way to mostly erase her presence entirely from others
At least until she reaches the city of Sailuma
Made herself at home on one of the empty hovervales staked down by the river
Instead of others remembering the purchased plot and new neighbor, they simply skipped over the spot
Their brains just saw the space as empty
Same goes for her attending any classes in the Spire
Teachers see an empty spot where her locker is, a column where her desks are, that sort of thing
Yoru thought it was perfect until she heard the oneirologist talking about a new dream popping up among students and even other Grand Scholars
Yoru had always just thought she was dreaming, chatting with drakes in hypotheticals and the such in her dreams
Turns out she was sharing dreams with others, becoming someone real in a twisted sense
She hates it, but nothing seems to work to stop it
If she tries to avoid sleeping, she just wears herself out
If she tries to avoid dreaming, she winds up waking up shortly after falling asleep, leading to the same results as if she didn't sleep at all
If she tries to keep her dreams to herself and avoid other dragons, they somehow wind up in her dreamscape (which just confuses or scares them because they know deep down this isn't a place they know, or a drake they know)
Essentially, she has to exist in the dreams of other drakes, and she hates it
Finally decided to try and seek help with the oneirologist through her dream
Shocker, this spread to the other Grand Scholars and Elders
Found out she's a Naomi, which apparently explained everything to them
That is until they found out her dad seemed to not exist, but also exist
Still trying to help her cope with existence through dreams
Currently an assistant to the oneirologist Sanja, using dreams as a method of aiding others in their sleep
Mostly just because if she has to exist somehow, she might as well be useful
Catches onto a lot of little secrets from dreams, mostly just writes them down in her books in the waking world since her possessions seem to share her nonexistence
Often dreams of her books too, which is the only place others can find these little secrets she overheard
The clan's records on known G3s and their known descendants, a constant WiP, seem to constantly change about Yoru's existence
Some drakes see her as a Dima kid, others see her listed under Inkly, and some just see her as a G1 added to the list by mistake
AtroposContext and some of the other Contexts swear there's a Saivax on the list with her name under it, but it's hard to tell whether they're pulling a prank or not
The few non-Naomis who see Saivax on the list swear it's written in the handwriting of one of the Contexts, adding to the confusion
They hoped one of the Elders would know, but they just bickered over the fact she seemed to be listed under Kismet and, by some miracle, Cain the firstborn (who was immediately exalted according to records)
No one knows what to think, except that Yoru says she takes after her dad in the fact neither wanted to exist in the eyes of other dragons
Zerah claims he sees a Saivax, but at this point they don't know if he's just trying to stir up trouble or not since he's technically imprisoned at the moment
Yoru doesn't seem to really care since she just wants to not exist as much as possible
Recently a Spiral was spotted installing mirrors in the Divided Spire
She's seen them in the dreams of others, and doesn't know what to think about it
She swears she's seen someone looking back at her when she passes in the halls...
