Stroma and Peri's expensive tastes have led the two to live a life of violent entitlement. Considered unnecessarily cruel by even the standards of aristocracy, the detestable pair display a love for finery that comes before all else - others, the value of life, and even their partnership. If it meant becoming a touch closer to living like a god, both would sacrifice the other in a heartbeat. But as such a deal has yet to arise, the two have avoided this dilemma.

They were perfect targets for the curse of the Gemscape, the degenerate children of the Earthshaker whom failed to develop into snappers at the creation of Dragonhome. Forced far below the surface, they now bind themselves to the first living dragon that they encounter, infecting their host with a lust for riches, fame, and fortune. They strongly seek the experiences they were denied by their underdevelopment.

In their foolishness to take advantage of the Dustcarve Dig, Stroma and Peri were all too eager to dig into the freshly overturned Dragonhome earth, encountering these ancient beings in the process. Though being infected by the gems' greed does not seem to have had any serious change on how they already behave...
