Mistrun is a sucker for romance, whether it be the countless romance novels he has in his house, to the two flowers that sprouted next to his front door that he calls "hatchling-hood sweethearts". He's a happy-go-lucky coatl that loves to see the good in everyone, and just wants everyone to be happy. And Mistrun believes the secret to happiness is simple - love! Whether it be romantic or platonic, from a family member or a friend, love can take many forms, and Mistrun loves all of them!
The coatl has a good eye for noticing romance in the making, and may try to interfere, or "play cupid" so he says, in order to try to get the dragons closer together. Although the methods he uses are rather... peculiar, and often don't work out in the way he intended, everything seems to work out for him in the end. One example of this is how he released fireflies into the air as a few skydancers were watching the night sky, only for the couple to eat them instead. But they had enjoyed flying together and catching the bugs, so the coatl considered it mission accomplished.

The wannabe cupid can be a little oblivious at times to the situations around him, making him susceptible to thieving dragons pretending to be poor who ask for his treasure in the name of "love". Happy to help out his fellow dragon, he'll go the extra mile and offer them dinner as well, which keeps them in the same spot long enough for a guard to see them and take them away while Mistrun is still unaware of what's going on.

Mistrun remains as innocent as the day he hatched into this world, and it doesn't seem like anything is going to change that. His outlook on life and love seems to be infectious, as on the flip side, he's been able to sway even the most hardened of dragons into embracing their soft side and changing their ways for the better.
