I’m not sure how Chancellor Fracta runs her university, but it’s clear she’s doing something wrong. I read that last year she going to lower tuition again in the hopes of attracting more students, but enrollment keeps dropping.

I’ve asked her about it during one of the few times I’ve ran into her, and she says that enrollment has been dropping across all universities, and she blames the Returnism movement that’s gotten quite popular with the young dragons these days.

I’m not sure that’s right. I’ve explored the campus, and it’s clear that it’s seen better days. The architecture is quite impressive, filled with pillars and arches, and set into a hill with a fantastic view, but it’s crumbling and the students still in attendance seem unenthused. It’s clear if the Chancellor doesn’t change something soon, her clan will have to say goodby to Fracta University.
