Dragon Log
Fourth of the five hatchlings born to Shadowfire and her White Skydancer Consort, this pearlcatcher is also interested in the more subtle aspects of magic, but her focus is on elemental spirits, and how to convince them to help her. It is not really surprising, therefore, that she attracts the more interesting creatures to her side….
1-28-15: The Charcoal Sprangyoo given to her by her mother has Awakened! She is quite relieved, as they never really got on all that well. He kept trying to chase away all her elemental spirit friends. Perhaps now he is fully mature he will be a bit more understanding….
3-11-15: Perhaps it was an attempt at truce, and perhaps it was just coincidence, but the Charcoal Sprangyrooo went out to have a fight….and brought home his defeated opponent: a Spellbound Golem. The Pearlcatcher instantly bonded with several of the elemental spirits inside, and now she and the Golem are inseparable….
6-9-15: Much to the pleasure of the Pearlcatcher, the Spellbound Golem has Awakened....
2-28-17: After a long, somewhat peaceful coexistence, the Charcoal Sprangyroo has decided to leave his dragon friend and go exploring. In his place he has left a Mesacliff Harpy, who is proving to be just as fierce as any other familiar bonded to this particular Pearlcatcher....
5-29-17: The Mesacliff Harpy has Awakened! And during a Festival, too. Her dragon companion is thrilled for her sake, but also a little busy at the moment with Festival activities. Fortunately, the Harpy is not that interested in a big fuss, though she does wish the Pearlcatcher would help her find a suitable name….
4-6-20: Recently, there has been an odd change among the Clan's familiars. "Vault Familiars" have started to re-emerge, and some "missing" familiars have suddenly reappeared as well. This Pearlcatcher was quite pleased when her old friend, the Charcoal Sprangyroo, suddenly hopped over to her again, and stuck his head under her paw, clearly asking for a pat. She can only hope that he decides to stay for good this time...
