Biography
Aurora/Arora: The sight of magnificent green lights dancing in the sky is no less than a magical phenomenon. Aurora Borealis, better known as the Northern Lights, takes place when the electrons collide with the upper atmosphere. This Latin name means ‘the dawn’. Nicknames include Rory, Rora, and Aura.

Birthed and hatched in the territory of the Tidelord was not easy and to top it off, Nean wasn't much of a swimmer. So once she was able and felt she could leave her mother's side and the Kingdom, she sought out and traveled, wanting to find a home and place to belong all of her own. Like her mother had.
Having found her way through the Tangled Wood, Nean came upon a Lair run by a fellow Fae by the name of Twili. Twili and Nean got along quite well and Nean was really enjoying her time there. So much so she decided to ask if she could join the Shadow Lair. Everyone had loved her company, so of course, the answer was yes.
Now, after having spent some time in the Shadow Lair and feeling closer and a sense of belonging, Nean has decided she wants a name that reflects her new home. She had thought about it and debated several names and decided to choose Aurora. The green in her wings reminded her and others of the beautiful Northern lights that many enjoyed in the night, so she felt it fitting and suitable for her to be named after them. But, not to be completely the same, she changed up the spelling of Aurora as well.
Now her next adventure, along with her duties as the Lighting Technician in the Lair, Arora plans to seek out and find herself a mate...
It was late one evening when Arora was out and about looking up at the night sky and its beautiful array of colors that danced and painted the large canvas. She was tickled and overjoyed by the sight that she was not watching where she was going. Little did she know she wasn’t alone, and this Fae too was not paying attention to where he was going and the two ran or well flew, right into each other! They tumbled to the ground and landed each with a thud. The two started yelling at one another without seeing each other but once they set eyes on one another they paused and stared. They were in awe and amazed. It was love at first sight.
Arora and Dumini work together as a team, both being Lighting Technicians for the Lair and being partners. Their adoration and love of each other have led them to start a family of their own. They’ve had their first nest and now those two girls are looking to stretch their wings and find a Lair all of their own.
