Biography
“…and so I think that’s why you should go with this part first, then put extra emphasis on this bit here.” Once again, Galadriel is sitting with Herale over a cup of coffee. On the table before them, books and papers are open and stacked upon one another; just another day of chatting about their lives, and of Herale helping Galadriel with her lesson plans. She prides herself on being a good educator, and as such, thinks it’s necessary to have an extra perspective in the lesson plans for the students that she teaches. It helps that Herale has knowledge in being a scholar as well, and has been a great help all this while. “I see your point,” Galadriel says, putting down her cup of coffee. “I might just do that next lesson… oh, but do you think I should focus more on the practical aspect of this first? More of my students have been getting into a particular book series recently, and they might enjoy the lesson more if I do that.” “If the book series I’m thinking of is the one they’ve reading, then I can guarantee that they will,” Herale chuckles. “It is a rather intriguing series; good education for the hatchlings, in my opinion.” “Is it?” Galadriel tilts her head. “I might have to try it out for myself… do you have a copy of them here, by any chance?” “Not yet,” Herale says, folding up the paper that they had been discussing about, and neatly rolling it up for her. “However, the shipment should arrive in a few days with more books, and since I had ordered the complete series a while ago, it should be with that.” “Then, I’ll have to trouble you to let me know if they arrive,” Galadriel smiles, taking a sip from her cup once more. “No spoilers, but which would you say is your favourite?” “Well, the third book is a bias of mine, considering what exactly goes on in it. It was an enjoyable read for me due to it. Ah, but for you, I think that the fourth book might become your favourite, actually; no spoilers, of course, but the main character…” Galadriel enjoys his company, and she thinks she could talk to him for far longer if their schedules allow it. But alas, they both have their jobs. “It seems to be rather late by now,” Herale observes, after finishing his sentence. “I should start organising the books already.” “Then I won’t hold you back,” Galadriel responds, reaching up to pack up all of her things, a task that Herale also helps her with, until everything on the table is tidied up. “Thank you for your help,” she tells him, getting up with all the books and scrolls. It’s a bit of a heavy carry, but it’s nothing she isn’t used to. “As always, you’ve been wonderful.” “It’s nothing,” Herale waves it away, smiling gently. “It’s always a pleasure to help you out.” “I’ll take my leave now, then,” she hums. “Until we meet again, Herale.” “Same to you.” _________________________________________________________ |
