Nereida

It is said that in the early days of Sornieth soon after the creation of dragonkind brought on by the third age, that two young lightning flight dragons wandered near The Sea of A Thousand Currents, unburdened by their brethren's struggles. They frolicked near the water's edge, unaware of the watchful eyes from the shadows.

After some peaceful time there grew an unease, though the oblivious hatchlings paid no mind until suddenly there was an ambush. From the darkness leapt some shadow flight members, determined to lay waste to the younglings. Scared, and unable to run, it was then that it's said the Stormcatcher himself spoke, urging the young dragons to leap into the sea- that he would protect them and bring them home to safety. With no options left, the hatchlings plunged into the salty brine, turning into fish and managing to escape the wrath of the shadows.

The Stormcatcher then wrote their tale into the sky as a warning to all his flight- keep eye, for there are always shadows.

And there, the constellation sits to remind all of Sorneith to this day in the form of two fish in the stars.
