Shou was found as an egg near the Arid Coast by Soul, and was promptly delivered into the unlikely care of the wealthy Nadja, who could comfortably provide for the young ice hatchling's needs.

Though he loves his adoptive family, Shou yearns for the ice and snow of his ancestral land. The fear of the unknown and leaving behind his family and friends keeps him in the Necrolord Territory. As of late, he has found comfort in Oiolosse, meeting in late-night trysts to witness her beautiful ice magic.
