Noko was shunned from their homeland as a result of many incidents of bad behavior and being a public nuisance by playing loud music to disturb the clans of the Mirrorlight Promenade. They settled in Haven-Under-Stars to, quote, "find themself", but in reality has not changed a bit.

Noko is a musician and enjoys preforming impromptu concerts for the residents of Haven-Under-Stars. Though brash and sometimes shocking, their songs have achieved a great level of popularity that they never dreamed possible with their old home in the Mirrorlight Promenade. They finally feel understood and accepted, and vowed to never return to the Promenade again.
