Firestorm

Firestorm, a member of the Red Rippers clan, is a mischievous dragon whose idea of fun is to perform pyromaniac tricks on unsuspecting dragons and starting firestorms anytime he dashes into town. His reckless behavior and disregard for the other dragons nearly caused him to be exiled. Patches is able to see the good in Firestorm's heart. Realizing that his behavior is a result of naïveté and negative encouragement from his fellow Red Rippers, Patches rushes to his defense, and she tries to convince the other dragons that Firestorm deserves a second chance since his original clan are known instigators of bad behavior. Thanks to Patches's reputation for rehabilitating troubled dragons, and giving them a loving home, the other dragons decide to spare Firestorm; in exchange, he must becoming a permababy and reside with Patches for the rest of his life. Even though Firestorm has no idea why he's being punished, he reluctantly agrees to the conditions if it means he still has a home to return to.

Months have passed since Firestorm became a member of the Permababy Crib and he's made astounding progress. Firestorm now understands the pain and destruction his actions have caused, and though he still has a mischievous wild side, Firestorm does his best to keep it under control. Patches couldn't be happier with his maturing personality, though she gets very annoyed when Firestorm and Vindictina start fighting with each other since both of them have a competitive nature coupled with a short temper.
