"He/Him"
Coda was known as an odd dragon back in his homeland. The peculiar crystals embedded in his scales seemed to be capable of harvesting magical energy from other individuals. Wanting to learn more about this, he set off for Starfall Isles. Of course, he arrived during the peak of Hollowed's rule and immediately gained the attention of the dangerous leader. A dragon like Coda can prove to be a great asset. This also makes Coda a target to the uprising as they desperately try to get him to use his powers for the greater good. And meanwhile Coda doesn't care about either side.
This is a dragon who just wants to live his life figuring out what he wants to do, not play favorites to either side as some sort of tool.
