A retired diplomat and theater actress, Cheya has returned to Wind flight to live out the rest of her days in happy, relaxing retirement. She has made fast friends with Nylai two of them enjoy playing various games to pass the time.

She enjoys the time she spends with Nylai, especially when Nylai takes her on tours of the gardens. She looks forward to hearing more about Nylai's life. She loves Nylai's rough laughter very much and does what she can to make the imperial laugh often.
