As one of the oldest dragons in the clan, and as one who has been in the clan since almost the very beginning, she is seen as an elder and therefor her opinion is held very highly by others. Nylai is always cool, calm, and collected. Her thoughts and words are always rational and logical, and she has never yet raised her voice.

She has no special attachment towards partners, and it’s rare for her to take one. The males are never what she's looking for in a partner and has led to nothing but heartbreak for her.

Though Nylai was born in Nature Flight, she is an embodiment of Wind. Her coloring and mannerisms make her fit right in this care-free clan.

Nylai and newcomer Cheya have become fast friends and the two enjoy playing various games together, Nylai's favorite being Go. Nylai enjoys taking Cheya on tours of the clan's gardens and outlying territories, and has unexpectidly developed a crush on the pearlcatcher.
