Eurybia is one half of Magisa's second attempt to create life from solid stone. She awakens with keen eyes, eager to experience as much of the world as she can. Still, she is willing to curb her curiosity to show her gratitude towards Magisa for her creation. It is a relief when Magisa instead encourages her, asking her to go out into the world, watching and listening, and report back as much as she is able to find out. Along with her counterpart, Crius, she does her duty to the absolute best of her ability.

Watchful as she is, of course she's the first to notice that Crius is acting strangely about the Portal. But for reasons she can't articulate at the time, she hesitates to tell Magisa about this. It's only one secret, but it excites her nonetheless. But while she might be able to write off her silence as curiosity, her actions when Crius touches the Portal's surface can be shielded by no such excuse. Wide eyed and exhilarated, she watches as Crius transforms. Before his body has settled, she is reaching out her own claws, ready to be free.
