she/her

was originally created as an AI in a computer server by the stormcatcher himself . . . she had resigned herself to a life of "servitude" when a berserked little dragon came chewing through her wires and set her free . . . with the stormcatcher most upset, the two ran away. watts claims they are two halves of the same being, but penny has no such recollection. still, they are friends now . . .

she travels as an electric current through the tangle of cables webbing the shifting expanse. when watts wants penny to come out, she bites through the wire and penny emerges as a being of crackling lightning. stormcatcher sends dragons out to capture the two of them, so they've come to mango pirate canyon to hide. they earn their keep by detecting and frying/chewing through whatever spying wires and techs get laid down close to the canyon, helping keep the smuggling hub hidden from prying eyes and ears
