a personal nuisance to the stormcatcher, she freed her twin/other half from a computer AI, who now travels as an electric current through the tangle of cables webbing the shifting expanse. whenever she wants her friend to come out, watts bites through the wire and penny emerges as a being of crackling lightning. stormcatcher sends dragons out to capture the two of them, so they've come to mango pirate canyon to hide. they earn their keep by detecting and frying/chewing through whatever spying wires and techs get laid down close to the canyon, helping keep the smuggling hub hidden from prying eyes and ears

eats electricity like a tasty snack. a nice jug of koolaid. stretchy and chewy like taffy. slurped like a worm. gnashed into pieces like a hard tootsie roll sucker you impatiently want to crunch down to get to the GOOP. all scraggly toothed and prone to static electric shocks when making contact with any item
