Deidara came to the Sanctum to help Tayen teach all of the elements to would-be students. Deidara is a blood witch, and very proficient in plague magick. But since her methods are more "ethical" and better fitting to the Plaguebringer's ideals, Deidara became a professor and Hihiria didn't.
