Oh, hello. Before you say anything, can I ask something of you? He/Him pronouns, please. Even nature, as mighty as it is, makes mistakes sometimes. My mother agrees. She says we shouldn't dwell on what the world expects us to be, but to shape ourselves in a way that makes us truly glad to be alive. Nothing else should matter. She's a very wise dragon, isn't she? Take a look at the water. Sometimes I get the feeling I can gaze through the murk as though it were glass. Yeah, I spend a lot of time here on the shores. There's some kind of special energy here, I can feel it. It's the part of the world where Shadow touches Water, and look how nicely it does so. It's almost like a kiss, wouldn't you say? Have you ever seen one of those prophecy bubbles? They never break the surface here. Dad says the Dark Mistress keeps them underwater. Now, I know knowledge can be a very dangerous thing, especially in the claws of the wrong kind of dragon, but I admit I'm a bit curious. Perhaps I'll take a trip around the sea sometime, and hopefully get to hear one. ... Gods, don't tell anybody I've said that. Well, see you around. If you need me, I'll be here. |

Arashi is my guardian. That sounds very weird, haha. I guess I'm still getting used to it. It's a strange, but also nice feeling, being chosen as a charge. He's a good guardian. He tells me stories about the Sea and helps me collect conches. I've asked him if we could go explore the sea sometime, but he is hesitant to return to it.
Abyss. She just... appeared out of the sea one day. There I was, gazing at the ripples as usual, and suddenly this massive dragon just rises out of the water. I didn't know what to think at first, but then she asked me about her father, Arashi. She needed to talk to him. I don't know what they've been discussing, but apparently there's something troublesome going on in the Sea.
Abyss decided to stay with us for the time being and stays close to her father's side whenever she's not teaching me about oracle stuff. She says she'll let me hear the bubbles one day and I'm super excited about that!
