On a glacier, where the Southern Lights dance in the sky, where the spirits light up the night, Lunnox made this land her home. Leylight. She built it from a caravan of explorers into what it stands today: a sanctuary on the Frigid Floes, a home against the bitter cold, a place of hope, and an act of defiance.

It was in a dream one night when a wolf touched by Shadow appeared amongst the lights in the sky. Her grandmother's spirit. It was that night where Lunnox learned what she was. She was born the last Princess of Nocturne--and it was a home, a birthright, she will never know. Every descendent capable of laying claim to the throne has been hunted and because of that, Lunnox has never known the parents who lovingly nested and doted on her egg. She has only known Fable, the Hearthshine caravanner who took her in and raised her as her own.

That night she learned of her inner wolf spirit, she learned the art of spirit and shape shifting. That it was a tradition carried on since the early days of Nocturne. She learned the names of her mother, her relatives, of dragons who she would never know but had helped her family for far longer than Lunnox had lived. She also learned of the danger that would come for her and those of her line, and ignorance would not spare her from Eidolon or Balaen's wrath. If they found her, she would die.

Unless she could find a way to make a stand. Find a way to fight. And so she did.

She became the first Queen of Leylight Glacier, a lair built out of her love, strength, and will to survive. What started as a small, desperate attempt to have a home she could love and live within, became a place where she would hold her ground, steadfast. Unwilling to yield.

Let the Imposter Queen come for her. Let the fallen Lord of the Gallows crash upon these walls. No one here in Leylight is blind to the oncoming danger. Instead they wait, ready, because hope and sanctuary are something every one deserves.

It is something they will fight for. They will not surrender.
