If you asked him about his past the eccentric Cotton would merely shrug, looking at his eyes you may presume he's from the ice flight. However the creature within Cotton is no longer an Imperial, it is instead a breathing, pulsing spirit of arcane knowledge. When Cotton's corpse fell over the grave of a scholar who could never complete his research the spirit was revitalized.

Gaining control over the Imperial's body he assumed no memories and named himself 'Cotton'. It was difficult to find refuge in this new world, and he fell to the outliers of the world. The new scar in the land, the Wasteland... he came to Dustbowl's clan and found a quiet place he could continue his research.

He's a prideful Arcane dragon and is offended when anyone assumes otherwise. Though he could not tell you if he was truly a dragon in his past life... curious.

He frequently gets into arguments and fights with a true Ice representative, known as Divinity. They simply cannot see eye to eye... on anything!
