Biography

Hailing from the Frozen Sanctum, Divinity is a prideful dragon. He blended in with the sheer white of his surroundings and was prided for his gorgeous scales. He was luxurious, he was envied and beloved. However he was neglectful in his duties, and one night when he was supposed to be watching the ley lines he had left his post. He had done this numerous times before and it had never gone awry, so what was the harm in it? As he lavished in a night of fun, flying, playing in the snow and teasing the sweet Tundra of the Sanctum there was a flux in the ley lines.

And when Divinity did not track the flux, it was discovered by a glacier sliding off and destroying an entire clan's den. Had Divinity been at his post, he could've prevented the disaster by alerting the powerful wardens who could refreeze the glacier.

In his youth he was arrogant, and his punishment was severe. It was to be cast out from the Frozen Sanctum, cast to the Glacial Floes. He was distraught and destroyed, having to leave his family, and everything he had ever known... He could not comprehend why the Icewarden would be so cruel. It was only one silly glacier...

He studied with many clans, trying to understand where he had gone awry. His exile left him wary and he eventually drifted farther from the place he had once called home. His heart hardened and he abandoned the petty ways of his childish self. Divinity was curious on leylines and how they affected other parts of Sorneith. He came to the Scarred Wasteland, a place blighted and controlled by disease. Yet despite the wildlife's infection it didn't spread to dragons if they were wary. He became curious on the different fungi and infections, and how they connected with the internal flux of draconic spirits.

Divinity took residency in the clan of a curious engineer who wished to turn dragons into mirrors. However the clan leader didn't bat an eye (one of his many) at Divinity turning him down, and still offered him residency and safe passage to conduct his research. One day he intends to return to the icefields...

After a brief affair with a dragon named Anemone, Divinity had several hatchlings. However they all went on their own ways quickly and Divinity grew disillusioned with the companionship. Anemone took flight with their latest brood, and Divinity is left in the company of Cotton. The annoying.. chatty... irritating... admittedly intelligent, witty, and beautiful Imperial who claimed to be an arcane spirit. What a perfect subject to study.
