His mother is a goddess that embodies justice. She raised him and his siblings by herself. Guiguan would wonder about his father and ask his mother about him as a child. She only told him that his father was "the prince of the abyss" and nothing more. One night, a teenaged Guiguan awoke feeling like his entire body was on fire. Sweat as thick as blood coated his scales. Guiguan remembers stumbling out of his bed and out into the hallway where he ran into one of his siblings. The next thing he remembers is the taste of blood coating his tongue and the sensation of it flowing down his claws and onto the floor. Though he had no recollection of the act, Guiguan knew that he had killed his brother. Guiguan fled his home after that incident out of fear of what justice his mother would rain down upon him. He spent his travels scouring for information about a prince of the abyss. His efforts bore fruit in the Murkbarrow Close where he found a library that contained information about Astarot, a demonic prince of the abyss. It was then that Guiguan pieced together what happened the night he murdered his brother: Guiguan's demonic blood had awakened and taken over his consciousness, driving him to commit the vile act. Guiguan was satisfied with the information on his father, but more questions started to form as he read about Astarot. How did his parents meet? Why did his mother bother procreating with such a malicious entity? Why did his father's blood seem to only awaken in Guiguan? Would such an incident happen again? Guiguan's life has been relatively peaceful since then thanks to the efforts of the Yangzhi Men's magicians. They provide him elixirs that help to suppress his demonic heritage and prevent it from completely blinding his morality again. Guiguan still harbors some worries, though. He fears that his mother is searching for him so that she can punish him for his actions and still frets about his demonic blood awakening and causing him to harm another loved one. The magicians assure Guiguan that the elixir is an effective sedative for his hellish heritage, but nightmares of the past keep Guiguan's worries fresh. In his spare time Guiguan enjoys playing mahjong, especially with his mate. His demonic heritage is no secret in the clan, as it is plain for all to see through the metallic plumage covering his wings that possess the same dark colors of the abyss. Some exercise caution around him, which only exacerbates his worries of another awakening.
