Like many Wind-born dragons, Basil is a friendly dragon with an adventurous spirit. They also have a fondness for flowers, which led them to venture to the Everbloom Gardens. They were immediately enamored.
Tired from their long journey, they gladly accepted the hospitality of Thorn and Blossom's clan. Their easy charisma meant they swiftly hit it off with the other dragons in the clan, and they soon fit right in.
During that time, another young dragon came to the clan--a guardian on the Search, named Juniper. Basil found himself smitten after a single conversation with her, learning the two were both adventurous souls who wanted to see everything out there.
As much as Basil adored the clan, there was still more they wanted to see, so they eventually set out once more--this time accompanied by Juniper. The two always come back when they grow weary of traveling, bearing gifts for the clan and tales of their adventures.
