Biography
Ozymandias
Descendant of Kings
Ozymandias was born in the middle of a long line of heirs, with little hope of ever achieving the throne, but he never let that bother him. He was the first hatchling to his mother, and he was everything in her eyes. She was a lady in his fathers kingdom, not the queen, and not of much importance beyond producing a few more heirs. Still, Ozymandias loved her and thought she was the best dragon in the entire world. She taught him to fight, to hunt, and to be a true knight. She was fierce, yet fair, and she went through life with an uncrushable passion for living. She saw him through everything, from his first kill to his wedding with a lords daughter from a faraway land.
It was only a few days after he had been wed, that everything went wrong.
His mother had been on a hunt, deep within the valleys and mountains of wind territory, when some-thing descended from the sky and tore her to shreds. The few of her party that survived the attack, did not live for long, and they were only able to give him a stuttering, sparse recounting of the event. For a time, he spent every waking hour searching for the beast that killed his mother, but his duties as a lord and husband drew him slowly back into the world of the living. He has never forgotten nor forgave the creature that did this however, and any time he receives word of a bloodthirsty beast, or strange death in wind territory, he sets out ready for vengeance. He will not truly rest until it is dead.
