 TigerLily's parents were Phoenix from the Nature flight and Hemlock from the Fire flight. She was born in a venerable lair on the outskirts of Seedscar.

Her father's element and the nightmare of the First Seed's devastation alienated her and her two siblings from the other hatchlings, and her mother's rage at the unfair treatment did not help matters. Though they had long called the Scarred Wasteland home, they were now seen as enemies, now that the Armstice was dead.

The plague magi and the Boneguard, what remained of it, regarded their every movement with suspicion, and Phoenix could hardly leave the lair to hunt or gather for his family without being challenged.

Finally, this prejudice drove young TigerLily to seek a new home, far from the Plague lands. Her sister had also left home, though her brother had stayed to be exalted to the Plaguebringer.

TigerLily came to the Starfall Isles, where she had difficulty finding a clan that would take her, until she stumbled across Bloodbane's clan. Here her element was accepted, even desired, and she decided to stay, even though she didn't fully support Bloodbane and Hecate's agenda, and Massacre terrified her.

TigerLily has been very careful to keep her heritage hidden, and though she suspects that Hecate might have guessed by now, she has not been questioned about it.

TigerLily keeps to herself mostly, and makes artwork with dried leaves and flowers, selling it to local clans. When Rajiv came to the clan, they had a brief romance that resulted in two hatchlings, both of whom were exalted.
