Biography
He likes hanging out in dark corners with only his eyes visible and scaring people. Everyone is rather sick of him doing this and wishes he'd stop. His response to that is to hiss and go knock over a trash can. At least he pays his taxes. He's also part of the local environmental preservation committee working underneath Magenta in the council when he's not being a cryptid.

A dark-colored spiral skidded around the corner, scrambling to get his small, clawed feet under him. His striking red eyes were wide and wild, and his mouth hung open as he panted for air. It was clear he’d been running from a while. A few dragons standing nearby - Darklord, Magenta, and Fred - watch as Noir disappears from sight, his long tail knocking over a potted plant.
Magenta sighed. The three look to the corner Noir appeared from, but no dragon follows; evidently they'd gone a different way, hoping to cut the spiral off.
“Have either of you held an actual conversation with Noir?” Fred asked. “I mean, one where he doesn’t hiss at you?”
Magenta nodded. “He can be surprisingly eloquent when he wants to be. You know he does his taxes?”
“That dragon files taxes?” Darklord said nothing else, but stared in the direction Noir’d gone.
“I guess he just likes being… in-touch with his more primal side?” Fred tried.
“You’re never going to figure out Noir,” Magenta said. “He’s just… a weird little guy.”

There were so many wonderful edgy lads there, but noir stuck out to me. He looks like a classique sleep paralysis demon. Plus, capsule on a male spiral is inherently uncanny.
