Biography

He's a nice guy, really, just goth. Everybody just likes him. He's not known as being especially eccentric. He works as a friendly greeter at Light-Mart. He's just kinda inoffensively nice, and also happens to be a skeletal dragon with bright red eyes.

He's part of the Hewn Suburbs council as a long-term resident. He's in charge of matters of public relations and outreach. Which consists of fun stuff like coordinating celebrations for festivals, but also means that he's one of the main contributors to codes of conduct and breaking up conflicts.

I'm going to pick Fred. He's got the pale ghost going on, the red eyes, but I think somehow it's the rose tangle that really sells the aesthetic. Definitely edgy, and very much visually appealing.
