Veltrex

There is always a profit to be made from the foolishness of others. These words have guided Veltrex through most of her life.

Since an early age, this Shadowborn has had a knack for illusionary magic, which she often utilizes when scamming unsuspecting watchers out of their hard-earned treasure. This habit has, not surprisingly, gotten her in a fair amount of trouble, and made her many enemies. At one point, her trickery had gotten her exiled from her own clan, but this only proved to expand her area of business.

Eventually, she realized that she would need some protection if she were to continue scamming the denizens of the Tangled Woods. Enter Arondight, a strong Shadow Dragon that has clearly seen his share of combat. Surely, he would make quite the bodyguard. Veltrex initially only had interest in hiring Arondight as a bodyguard of sorts, but soon came to respect and admire his strength. She also saw him as a deeply hurt soul who she wished to help (a new feeling for her entirely.) Eventually, this partnership blossomed into much more, and he two became lifemates.

Now the matriarch of the Inivum Clan, Veltrex has had to partially give up her theiving ways to tend to and care for her new family. She truly loves all of her children deeply, be they birthed by her or simply adopted into the clan. But not even motherhood can completely snuff out Veltrex's love of the ol' five-clawed discount...
