Biography
Monster born of Stars and Frost.
Not speaking very much, if at all, Tempest is yet another dragon that most find difficult to understand. The main interpretation people have of him is that he's intimidating and very, very serious, likely because he's Artemisia's right hand man in some senses. At least that's what people are led to believe, as he's the only one allowed inside most rooms of the palace.
A lot of his time is spent gazing out the windows, down at the townsfolk. Being created artificially, he has not seen much of the outside world, and lacks experience with other dragons. Most aspects of the world intrigue him immensely, yet he does not dare to step outside unless ordered.
The palace is his home, it's all he knows. And leaving the place of one's comfort is a very difficult task.

He's typically described as having an "uncanny valley" sort of vibe, where something about his appearance is off, but nobody can figure out what it is. Some more imaginative townsfolk believe he may not even be a dragon at all.
But it's impossible to get a good enough look at him to truly come to a conclusion.
