The Queen's Secretary.
Despite the frosty nature of the queen, Hydrangea is one of the only dragons who has managed to worm her way into the ice palace unscathed. She went there searching for acceptance, shelter, and most importantly... power. She yearns for control in a way that may be concerning to most.
Working her way up the ranks with her impressive control over magic and a hard-working attitude, fae sits next to the throne very happily. While yes, fae one day plans to usurp the throne from Artemisia, fae holds a deep respect for the dragon and has found faerself wanting to earn it fairly. So Hydrangea remains hard at work, taking care of the technical side of keeping the townsfolk happy, while fae ponders endlessly on what to do with all of faer mixed feelings.
If you can ever catch her on a day where she isn't too busy to talk, Hydrangea is quite an odd dragon that may seem hard to converse with on account of very rarely socialising.
