The Queen with a frozen heart.
After clawing her way to the top, Artemisia rules over her little kingdom very strictly. Not a single thing will ever be out of line with her, from the decorations adorning her palace to the way her underlings behave. A single mistake will get anyone cut out for good, with little to no exceptions. The ice climbing up her wings isn't just for show - it truly is a representation of her emotional progression through the years.
Very few people get to talk to her. Every meeting she has with the public tends to be for business reasons only, or on rare occasion, to celebrate when something particularly good happens. Even when she hosts events for the whole kingdom, she never attends as a real participant. Artemisia much prefers watching from behind the scenes, keeping a close eye on everything that happens within her kingdom.
It's difficult to read her properly due to her expressionless voice and face. She has no strong connections with anybody in particular apart from Tempest and Hydrangea.
