I'm a huge fan of the layering you did for the bewitching bangles above the woeful presence, those two apparel work fantastically. Wow! Heilin is a beautiful dragon before any apparel or accents, but your choices of the two have really elevated her to an arcane lovely. The starfall accent adds just the right amount of pink on top of her dark primary and secondary. I also especially like the combination of the ghost flame cloak and the woeful presence. And of course her primal eyes, scene, and familiar pull the whole look together perfectly!
