No one can hide from Rasalas. Not if you spend your time within the halls of the COSMOS, at least. As the noble steward of the observatory's hallowed halls, Rasalas often takes it upon himself to ensure affairs are running smoothly and all passageways are kept clear in preparation for anything that might occur, whether by accident or on purpose.

Though there are some who seem to forget they may need to tidy up after themselves.

It's fine. Rasalas does not forget. Not who, not where, not when and not how. And if dragons still jump when he melts out of hall alcoves, dustpan in hand, just as an accident or three occurs, that's fine. They'll learn, sooner or later— or else, they may find that the COSMOS isn't quite the place for them.

He doesn't mind either way. So long as he can keep his home hale and hearty, and only sometimes have to save his co-workers from their own brands of chaos.

Always pragmatic, Rasalas is rarely unprepared for a situation. He is not often overwhelmed, though there is an air around him of tension that is clearly carried on his back. Others claim they have seldom seen him take breaks, if they have even seen it at all. It is infrequent that he retreats to his own quarters, as such his den is sparsely decorated with mainly essentials. There are few personal artifacts, but the furnishings are without spared expense. A comfortable place to rest with plush pillows and textiles for the occasions he feels a rest is in order, or more frequently, when Delta convinces him he needs to rest.
