Generation 5 I am a Temporal Rifter! By their very nature, the lore for these dragons gets a little crazy. Broadly, in-universe, they are descendants of a dragon named Allison who managed to escape from a sisnister shadow organization run by aliens who can travel through spacetime. You may ask: who can travel through spacetime? The aliens, or Allison's descendants? Answer: Yes! Meta-wise, it's a lore-based way to tie a whole bunch of different fandoms together in Flight Rising: DnD, Dr. Who, Dragon Age, all sorts of anime... Anything you can think of. It gets wacky. • uses his magic to enchant his weapons
• undertaker - responsible for protecting and disposing of the dead (especially clan targets or enemies)

Gloaming always felt disconnected from others and his own emotions in a way he just couldn’t explain. While other dragons cried and laughed and got mad, Gloaming never had.

Gloaming uses this emotional disconnect to his own advantage to make a living being the clan’s undertaker without any emotional distress. Gloaming also occasionally does assassinations for the clan.

Gloaming usually uses his Rifter powers to reinforce and power up his weapons. He also uses them to dig graves with ease.

One day, while he was digging a hole to bury one of the clan’s dead with his nephew Pulaski, who he was training to be the clan’s second undertaker, Gloaming encountered a large statue of a dragon breed he had never seen before. Gloaming reached out to it with his magic and it suddenly came to life, turning into a purple and blue Obelisk!

Gloaming helped the dragon out of the hole. Below her were many more Obelisk statues, which had also awakened into live dragons!

Momentarily forgetting the dragon they were supposed to be burying, Gloaming and Pulaski helped the rest of the Obelisks out of the ground. Pulaski seemed enamoured by a beautiful blue Obelisk, who also seemed to like him back.

After bringing the Obelisks to the clan, Gloaming and Pulaski returned to the gravesite and completed the burial.
