Biography
Once he believed in the goodness of others, once he believed it was truly better to have loved and lost - but why, he wonders, has he always lost. Maybe it would have been better to have never loved at all. Isle was born lucky, or so they told him. He did not inherit the ancient blood and turmoil that either of his siblings did; instead, he was a dragon made to love. And so he went, wandering just as his father did before him - looking for a new life, and looking for someone to share it with. When he fell in love for the first time, he was overjoyed, but his lover was not who they said they were, and he found out the hard way that - for others - love was a promise that was all too easy break. But still, he couldn't lose his spirit, there was too much affection inside of him for just one dragon. So, he went on, still looking for love, and still believing he would find it. As time went on, he was disappointed over and over again; betrayed, scorned, forgotten. Now, the hope within him has withered, it's wings fluttering weakly as he drifts from place to place with the tides. A part of him still believes, but there is only so much pain one dragon can take.
