#1 Leaving Home

Silence was playing hide and seek with Artemis her closest friend! She had found a really good hiding spot within a crate used to store foods and goods. Confident that she would win, she stubbornly stuck to her hiding spot until her eyes could not stay open any longer. While she slept, the crate she was sleeping in was shipped out to the nearest trading center to be given to another clan! Only awakening after she arrived, Silence is eager to explore the new world that she has discovered! Silence has been wandering through lands, taking in everything she saw. This new world amazed her, surprised her and never bore her. One day, in the distance, she saw a group of all sorts of dragons. Old and young, small and big, black and white- every was different than the other. Usually, she'd only see dragons of the same kind living together, so this was new to her. She followed them quietly, (cough, in silence, cough) but hesitated to approach them. Thankfully, they spotted her and approached her instead. At first, they were worried, but quickly became amazed by her travels and encounters she had along her journey. They taught eachother something new, travelling together for a while. Sadly, Silence had to part ways with the clan to continue exploring the world.
When you're a noodle with a head, the world is a scary place. Silence knew that all too well. But she was cute enough, and smart enough, to successfully make her own way. With typical hatchling logic, she reasoned that the best way to explore the Southern Icefield without freezing to death was to snuggle up in the warm fur of a Tundra. Silence set out to look for a tundra to help her and came upon a show by a certified clown named Chef Piero! His performance was an absolute delight. When he found out she was traveling alone, though, he got very worried. Chef Piero took Silence back to his Clan in the Southern Icefield. She enjoyed every minute of her stay, but after so much freedom, all the rules and restrictions of Clan AXQU chafed on her. It was too cold and dangerous for her to leave by herself, so Silence did what she did best-- hide in the mail. She leaped out of the Clan Courier's mailbag at a big, bustling crossroads and lost him in seconds. And from there she was free!
